Common use of INCOMING STUDENTS Clause in Contracts

INCOMING STUDENTS. Prior to January 5, 2022 students may cancel their housing contract during this time; however, a cancellation penalty of $200 will be charged to the student’s eBill account. The cancellation must be received via the MyHousing/Dining portal by January 5, 2022.
