Common use of INCOME FROM THE SERIES Clause in Contracts

INCOME FROM THE SERIES. 05-4 MTN The Custodian shall, on behalf of the Issuer, endeavour to collect any income from the Series 05-4 MTN and may execute ownership and other certificates and affidavits for all fiscal and tax purposes from time to time required in connection with the collection of such income and pay any taxes which it is required to pay in connection therewith. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Clause shall make the Custodian liable for any failure of any other person to pay or remit any sum referred to herein.
