Common use of Income and Distributions Clause in Contracts

Income and Distributions. The Collateral Agent shall transfer to the Stock Purchase Contract Agent for distribution to the applicable Holders as provided in the Stock Purchase Contracts or Stock Purchase Contract Agreement all income and distributions received by the Collateral Agent on account of (i) the Pledged Series A Trust Preferred Securities or Permitted Investments from time to time held in the Series A Collateral Account and (ii) the Pledged Series B Trust Preferred Securities or Permitted Investments from time to time held in the Series B Collateral Account.

Income and Distributions. The Collateral Agent shall transfer to the Stock Purchase Contract Agent for distribution to the applicable Holders as provided in the Stock Purchase Contracts or Stock Purchase Contract Agreement all income interest and distributions dividends received by the Collateral Agent on account of (i) the Pledged Series A Trust Preferred Corporate Securities or Permitted Investments from time to time held in the Series A Collateral Account and (ii) Accounts in accordance with the Pledged Series B Trust Preferred Securities or Permitted Investments from time to time held in the Series B Collateral Accountterms thereof.

Income and Distributions. The Collateral Agent shall transfer all income and distributions received by the Collateral Agent on account of the Pledged Trust Preferred Securities or Permitted Investments from time to time held in the Collateral Account (ABA No. 000-000-000, A/C No. 212825, Re: Xxxxxx Brothers MCAPS Collateral Account Trust VII) to the Stock Purchase Contract Agent for distribution to the applicable Holders as provided in the Stock Purchase Contracts or Stock Purchase Contract Agreement all income and distributions received by the Collateral Agent on account of (i) the Pledged Series A Trust Preferred Securities or Permitted Investments from time to time held in the Series A Collateral Account and (ii) the Pledged Series B Trust Preferred Securities or Permitted Investments from time to time held in the Series B Collateral AccountAgreement.

The Collateral Agent shall transfer all income and distributions received by the Collateral Agent on account of the Pledged Trust Preferred Securities or Permitted Investments from time to time held in the Collateral Account (ABA No. 000-000-000, A/C No. 212937, Re: Xxxxxx Brothers MCAPS Collateral Account Trust VIII) to the Stock Purchase Contract Agent for distribution to the applicable Holders as provided in the Stock Purchase Contracts or Stock Purchase Contract Agreement all income and distributions received by the Collateral Agent on account of (i) the Pledged Series A Trust Preferred Securities or Permitted Investments from time to time held in the Series A Collateral Account and (ii) the Pledged Series B Trust Preferred Securities or Permitted Investments from time to time held in the Series B Collateral AccountAgreement.
