INCLUDED PARTIES. Seller will accept orders from and furnish the Products and services under this EPL Agreement to any governmental agency, governing authority or educational institution within Mississippi authorized to use the published EPL, in line with ITS policies and procedures, at prices not to exceed those prices specified in the published EPL.
