INCLEMENT CONDITIONS. A. Nothing in this agreement shall require the Board to keep offices, school and administration open in the event of inclement weather, or when otherwise prevented by an act of God. When the schools are closed to students, due to the above conditions, all Bargaining Unit Members shall not be required to report to their job assignments.
