Incidents and accidents. 22.1.1 All incidents or accidents involving the death of or injury to any person, any criminal offence committed at any Cash Collection Point, Cash Delivery Point and/or Cash Deposit Point that directly relates to the Services provided by the Service Provider in this Agreement shall immediately be reported to the local police station and to SAPO. A list of names and telephone numbers of SAPO’s branch controlling officers to whom the said incidents or accidents shall be reported, shall be made available to the Service Provider within 3 (three) days of the Effective Date.

Incidents and accidents. Driver Obligations If an Incident occurs while the Driver is in possession of the Taxi-Cab, the Driver must: not make any admission of liability to any party; tell the Permit Holder about the Incident as soon as possible, including, where possible, the details of: all the people involved; where the Incident involves a collision with one or more other vehicles driven by a person other than the registered owner/s of that vehicle/s, the registered owner/s of the vehicle/s; any witnesses; injuries suffered; and damage to or loss of property; and as soon as possible, give to the Permit Holder, or the Permit Xxxxxx’s insurer on request, copies of: any statements the Driver makes to the police or any other person about the Incident; and any document posted or delivered to, or served on the Driver by or on behalf of any party making a claim against the Driver or the Permit Holder in respect of the Incident.

  • Safety, breakdowns and accidents 17.5.1 The Concessionaire shall ensure safe conditions for the Users and passengers, and in the event of unsafe conditions, it shall follow the relevant operating procedures and undertake removal of obstruction and debris without delay.   • Sickness and Accident If the Contractor’s Employees fall sick in the period during which they are engaged on the RLA, the UNDP shall not be responsible for arranging or paying for medical treatment and attention. The UNDP shall not be required to pay for the services of the Contractor’s Employees for any period that the Contractor’s Employees are incapacitated by sickness. If in the opinion of the UNDP, any of the Contractor’s Employees either has been or will be incapacitated by sickness for an unreasonable period or period then, and in that case, it shall be at the discretion of the UNDP to decide if and when the employment of the Contractor’s Employee under the RLA shall be terminated and the Contractor be required to replace him. In this event, the Contractor shall on receipt of instructions from the UNDP comply forthwith and shall substitute for the Employee whose services are so terminated another and satisfactory person and the whole costs of such replacements shall be at the Contractor’s expense.

  • Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).

This benefit shall be payable from the thirty-first (31st) day of disability due to illness or injury.

  • SAFETY AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION In performing work under this Contract on State premises, Contractor shall conform to any specific safety requirements contained in the Contract or as required by law or regulation. Contractor shall take any additional precautions as the State may reasonably require for safety and accident prevention purposes. Any violation of such rules and requirements, unless promptly corrected, shall be grounds for termination of this Contract in accordance with the default provisions hereof.
