Incidental Charges Clause Examples

The Incidental Charges clause defines which additional costs, beyond the main contract price, are the responsibility of each party. It typically covers expenses such as taxes, shipping fees, insurance, or handling charges that may arise in connection with the goods or services provided. By clearly allocating responsibility for these extra costs, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures both parties understand their financial obligations under the agreement.
