INCIDENTAL CHANGES. The Contractor may direct the Subcontractor to perform incidental changes in the Subcontract Work which do not involve adjustments in the Subcontract Amount or Project Schedule. Incidental changes shall be consistent with the scope and intent of the Subcontract Documents. The Contractor shall initiate an incidental change in the Subcontract Work by issuing a written order to the Subcontractor. Such written notice shall be carried out promptly and is binding on the parties.

INCIDENTAL CHANGES. The Contractor may direct the Subcontractor to perform incidental changes in the Work that do not involve adjustments in the Contract Sum or Schedule of Work. Incidental changes shall be consistent with the scope and intent of the Contract Documents. The Contractor may initiate an incidental change in the Work by issuing a written order to the Subcontractor. Such written orders shall be carried out promptly and are binding on the parties. If the Subcontractor performs the Work set forth in the Contractor’s order for an incidental change without prior written notice to the Contractor that Subcontractor believes such change will affect the Contract Sum or Schedule of Work, the Subcontractor waives any right to request an adjustment to the Contract Sum or extension of the Schedule of Work.

  • FEDERAL CHANGES Contractor shall at all times comply with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including without limitation those listed directly or by reference in the Master Agreement between the Department and FTA, as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this contract. Contractor's failure to so comply shall constitute a material breach of this contract.

  • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the College Office of Counseling and Disability Services. Room change may only be made with the written approval of College Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer. Residents who receive approval for a room change may be charged a room change fee as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account. Room changes that are not authorized by College Housing will result in a fine as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account.
