Incidental and Consequential Damages. Xxxxxxxx shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to, loss of profits, commitments to subcontractors, rental or lease agreement(s), and personal service contracts, unless expressly authorized in writing by Xxxxxxxx. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any damages or additional compensation as a result of any delay by Xxxxxxxx in the performance of any of its obligations.
