Fair Management needs to be immediately informed of accidents and incidents that occur during the Fair. A report form in the Administration Office must be filled out by a Vendor that observes any of the following: injury or accident to a person or property, verbal threats, violence, theft, fire or hazardous condition of any kind. The Fairgrounds has an emergency and security network. Vendors should acquaint themselves with the location of fire extinguishers, first aid and the sheriff’s on-site office. Good judgment is essential in any emergency. Remember that all incident reports must be filed with the Administration Office.
