Incentive System. The Parties agree that, should the Company desire to reintroduce the incentive pay system, the language in the previous collective agreement shall be reinstated. The Parties further agree that the Company reserves the right to establish production output requirements. Any changes to the requirements shall be communicated to the affected employees. When requested by the Union, the Company will provide its justification for any increase in the production requirement, which may be increased due to changes made in the methods, materials, tools, equipment, or where such rate has not been adjusted to reflect prior changes, or where a reasonable production requirement has not been previously established.

  • Incentive Plan 23:01 Effective January 1, 2003, the basis on which any Incentive Plan payment is calculated will be modified. The modified plan will be based upon a 100% target payout of 2.5%, comprised of 1.75% District / Departmental targets and 0.75% Spectra Energy Earnings Per Share (EPS). Any Incentive Plan payout will be based upon the employee’s incentive eligible earnings which includes straight-time earnings, STD, vacation pay, holiday pay, paid personal days, overtime pay, and shift premiums. The sliding scale starts at an achievement level of fifty (50%) percent each calendar year. Achievement below fifty percent (50%) in any calendar year results in no payout under this component of the Incentive Plan. At one hundred percent (100%) achievement level in a calendar year, the EPS component of the Incentive Plan payment will be: • Three-quarters percent (0.75%) of the employee’s incentive eligible earnings in each calendar year, or At the achievement level of two hundred percent (200%) or more in a calendar year, the maximum EPS component of the Incentive Plan payment will be: • One and one-half percent (1.50%) of the employee’s incentive eligible earnings in each calendar year. The District / Department and Spectra Energy Earnings Per Share targets will be established annually by the Company. Any applicable payment under this Incentive Plan will be paid by March 31, of the following calendar year.

  • Stock Incentive Plans Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed or applied to preclude or restrain the General Partner from adopting, modifying or terminating stock incentive plans for the benefit of employees, directors or other business associates of the General Partner, the Partnership or any of their Affiliates or from issuing REIT Shares, Capital Shares or New Securities pursuant to any such plans. The General Partner may implement such plans and any actions taken under such plans (such as the grant or exercise of options to acquire REIT Shares, or the issuance of restricted REIT Shares), whether taken with respect to or by an employee or other service provider of the General Partner, the Partnership or its Subsidiaries, in a manner determined by the General Partner, which may be set forth in plan implementation guidelines that the General Partner may establish or amend from time to time.   • Short Term Incentive Plan Executive may be eligible to be receive an annual Short Term Incentive Plan bonus subject to the terms of the STIP as determined by the Board of Directors or compensation committee thereof in its sole discretion. The components, target and maximum amounts of any STIP bonus shall be a percentage of Executive's Base Annual Salary as determined by the Board of Directors or compensation committee thereof in its sole discretion. Subject to the foregoing, a portion of the annual STIP bonus may be based upon Employer's financial performance and a portion of the STIP may be based upon achievement of individual performance objectives, all as may be determined by the Board of Directors or compensation committee thereof in its sole discretion. STIP bonuses for each calendar year shall be payable in the following calendar year as determined by the Board or compensation committee thereof, provided that payment, if any, shall be no later than March 15th of the following year. The Company's adoption of a STIP bonus for a year does not require the Company to adopt a STIP bonus for any other year. If the Company adopts a STIP bonus for Company employees for a particular year, Executive shall be eligible to participate in such year subject to the foregoing.

  • Short-Term Incentive Compensation In addition to the foregoing Base Salary, the Executive shall be eligible during the Term to receive cash short-term incentive compensation, determined and payable in the discretion of the Compensation Committee of the Board. At least annually, the Compensation Committee shall consider awarding short-term incentive compensation to the Executive.

  • Long-Term Incentive Plans During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the ongoing equity and other long-term awards and programs of the Company as determined in the sole discretion of the Board or a committee thereof.
