Incentive Period. The Incentive Period, which may be composed of one or more consecutive fiscal periods, generally corresponds to a fiscal year, but may vary with respect to Members. An Incentive Period may be composed of one or more consecutive fiscal periods.

Incentive Period. Subject to Section 6 below, ISUs shall vest and become payable subject to the lapse of one, two (2) year incentive period. The incentive period shall lapse (and the ISUs shall vest and become payable) as to fifty percent (50%) of the ISUs granted hereby on each anniversary of the date of this Agreement.
