Common use of Incentive Fee Clause in Contracts

Incentive Fee. Client agrees to pay Advisor a quarterly incentive fee consisting of 20% of New High Trading Profits, if any, for each calendar quarter. This incentive fee accrues and shall be made payable upon the close of each calendar quarter (and as of the day this Agreement terminates). Incentive fees accrued on funds withdrawn from Client's account are deemed due and payable at the time of withdrawal.
