Common use of Incentive Bonuses Clause in Contracts

Incentive Bonuses. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual bonus targeted at 100% of the Executive’s Base Salary (the “Incentive Bonus”) under the annual incentive program adopted by the Board, as may be amended from time to time. Such bonus shall be paid within 2-1/2 months following the end of the calendar year to which it relates. The amount of Incentive Bonus payable for any year shall be based on the achievement of performance objectives established by the Board, as determined in its discretion, and, based on achievement, may be between zero and 150% of the Executive’s Base Salary. The Incentive Bonus will be prorated for the Executive’s initial year of employment. The Executive must be employed by Amneal through the date of payment of any Incentive Bonus in order to remain eligible for such Incentive Bonus.
