Inalienability of Benefits. The interest hereunder of any participant or beneficiary except as may be required by a Qualified Domestic Relations Order defined in Section 414(p) of the Internal Revenue Code, or as otherwise provided in Section 401(a)(13) of the Internal Revenue Code, shall not be alienable, either by assignment or by any other method, and to the maximum extent permissible by law, shall not be subject to being taken, by any process whatever, by the creditors of such participant or beneficiary. 13.4
