Inactive Participants. Subject to Article IV(P)(1) and (R) with respect to certain Participants, it is agreed as follows:
Inactive Participants. If a Participant subsequently becomes ineligible under Section 3.1 hereunder, but is still employed by an Affiliated Employer he shall become an inactive Participant and shall continue to accrue credit for Years of Service for purposes of vesting but not benefit accrual.

Inactive Participants. If a Participant subsequently becomes ineligible under Section 3.1 hereunder, but is still employed by an Affiliated Employer he shall become an inactive Participant and shall no longer be eligible to receive Employer contributions to the extent provided in Article IV hereof. ___________________________________________________
Inactive Participants. Inactive Participants are members of the Class who accepted a lump sum payment of their Accrued Benefit under the Plan or had commenced a distribution of benefits under the Plan before the date that their Settlement Amount is credited to the Plan.
Inactive Participants. Inactive participants shall consist of those persons, including beneficiaries of deceased participants, if any, for whom an allocation shall have been made for a prior fiscal year under this Plan or a Predecessor Plan, the payment of which was deferred and remains unpaid. Status as an inactive participant shall not preclude a person from also being an active participant during any fiscal year.
Inactive Participants. (a) A Participant may be designated as Inactive either (1) upon a decision of the Executive Committee following a request by the Participant or (2) pursuant to a decision of the Executive Committee in accordance with Article 10.8;
Inactive Participants. Any person for whom an account is maintained under the Plan, but who does not satisfy the current eligibility requirements of this Article II shall be an Inactive Participant. Inactive Participants shall not be entitled to allocations under Sections 6.6 and 11.10 with respect to any period for which they are Inactive Participants.
Inactive Participants. In the event that contributions for a Participant cease before his Annuity Commencement Date, the Contract Owner or the Participant will notify the Company as to the manner in which the then value of the Participant's Individual Account is to be disbursed in accordance with Section 7.01.
Inactive Participants. Except as provided in Section 6.07, in the event that any Participant shall fail in any Plan Year, to meet the requirements of Section 6.06 for sharing in Excess Non-Elective Contributions and Forfeitures thereof for such Plan Year and shall not have a Break in Service, his Excess Non-Elective Contribution Account shall be placed on inactive status. In such case the Participant shall not share in the Employer’s Excess Non-Elective Contributions or in Forfeiture allocations thereof for such Plan Year but shall continue to receive Net Earnings, dividends and gains and losses allocations in accordance with Article VII. In the event such Participant meets the requirements of Section 6.06 in a subsequent Plan Year, his Excess Non-Elective Contribution Account shall revert to active status with full rights and privileges under this Plan restored.
