If you have a terminal illness and you agree with your doctor not to continue with a curative treatment program, we cover some hospice care services provided by a hospice care program, such as:  services of a hospice coordinator billed by the hospice care program;  services of grief counselors and pastoral care;  services of a social worker;  services of a nurse; and  services of a home health aide.
