In-Service. The Board of Education shall provide adequate in-service for all C.D.L. holders employed by the Board, (regular and substitutes, mechanics) on the general provisions of the alcohol and drug testing laws and shall provide each C.D.L. holder a copy of such provisions. The Board shall, in addition to requiring pre-employment drug testing, provide all new drivers in-service on the general provisions of the alcohol and drug testing laws.
