In height. LESSEE further covenants and agrees that LESSEE will not assign, sublet or sublease any part of the leased premises or this Lease Agreement during the primary term of said lease without first having obtained the written consent of the LESSORS thereto and LESSORS agree that they will not unreasonably withhold their consent.
