In Emergencies. If the Insured Person has been Hospitalized in an Emergency, We must be contacted to pre- authorize Cashless Facility within 48 hours of the Insured Person’s Hospitalization or before discharge from the Hospital, whichever is earlier. All final authorization requests, if required, shall be sent at least six hours prior to the Insured Person’s discharge from the Hospital.
