In-App Purchases. The Software may offer Customer the opportunity to purchase additional functions and/or features from within the application (an “In App Purchase”). All billing and transaction processes are handled by the provider of the Application Store (the “App Store Provider”) from whose platform Customer downloaded the Software and are governed by the App Store Provider’s terms and conditions. If Customer has any payment related issues with In-App Purchases, then Customer must contact the App Store Provider directly.
In-App Purchases. If the website’s services are offered on an Android, iOS, or other mobile application (“mobile app”), this Agreement also applies to payments made on the mobile app. In addition, payments made on the mobile app must also be in accordance with the terms of the mobile app platform or “store.”

In order to make such License purchases, You will be required to create an account and include applicable personal and payment method information. By following the procedures within such Products for such in-app license purchases You agree to pay all fees associated with such purchases, which fees are non-refundable, for the period such Extensions are used by You. In the event that You wish to extend the time period for any such Time-Limited Licenses, You must make an additional In-App Purchase of the same prior to the expiration date of Your then-current License. In the event that You fail to do so, any such Time-Limited Licenses to Extensions shall terminate and such Extensions shall be unavailable to You unless You later re-purchase such Licenses. Altium will maintain any personally identifying information provided by You as part of any In-App Purchase in keeping with its Privacy Policy posted on the xxx.xxxxxx.xxx, xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx websites. In addition to In-App Purchases, licenses to Extensions may be purchased by You at such websites.

In-App Purchases. Our Software may offer in-app purchases. Even though our Software offers In-App Purchases, in a limited timeframe, you can play and access all levels of the Software without making any In-App Purchases by using real money. Limited timeframe is set by us. By completing an In-App Purchase you obtain a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use virtual currency, virtual items, and other virtual content («Virtual Items») within our Software. Virtual Items are not redeemable or subject to refund and cannot be traded outside of the Software for money or other items of value. We may manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Items and the price for Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice. We shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that we exercise any such rights. In-App Purchases are subject to the payment terms and conditions of the platform (e.g. iOS Platform, Android Platform, Windows Platform, etc.) from which You make Your purchase. We do not control or manage the payment process. Please review the relevant terms and conditions of the applicable platform provider before making any In-App Purchases. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED VIRTUAL ITEMS/SUBSCRIPTIONS WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, WHETHER SUCH CLOSURE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY, UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Software for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Software or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Software in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Software.
In-App Purchases. You may elect to purchase additional features or functionality for the Application through in-app purchases. You agree to pay all fees associated with purchases made through the Application. All fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable.
In-App Purchases. From time to time, Dil Mil may offer additional products and services for purchase through the App Store ℠, Google Play or other application platforms (“in app purchases”). If you choose to make an in app purchase, you will be prompted to enter details for your account with the mobile platform you are using (e.g., Apple, Android, etc.) (“your IAP Account”), and your IAP Account will be charged for the in app purchase in accordance with the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase as well as the general terms for in app purchases that apply to your IAP Account. In app purchases may include a free trial period. At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged the price of the subscription and will continue to be charged until you cancel your subscription. To avoid any charges, you must cancel before the end of the trial period. If you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription through an in app purchase, your IAP Account will be billed continuously for the subscription until you cancel in accordance with the platform terms. In call cases, please refer to the terms of your application platform which apply to your in app purchases.
In-App Purchases. (a) The App may offer Content, services or functionality for use within it that are available in exchange for the payment of an amount of money.
In-App Purchases. We may add the opportunity to purchase ("In App Purchase") certain virtual items or currencies in the App at a later time. Such In App Purchases will be offered through the app store from which you originally downloaded the App. The Terms of Use (including the Contest Rules) will govern any future Inn App Purchases, in addition to any applicable “in-app” purchase rules and policies that will be made available in the relevant app stores (by the app store provider and/or us).

Ancient Peacock does not collect personal data such as your name, surname, credit card number, and e-mail address that you share with the Platforms for the payment, and only payment information for the items you purchase is being shared with us to fulfill your order.
