IN ALLOWANCE. 19.01 If an employee reports for scheduled work and his/her regular work is not available, then s/he will receive a minimum of four (4) hours work or pay in lieu of work. This entitlement shall not apply if the Employer has notified the employee not to attend work.

IN ALLOWANCE an hourly rated employee has left the premises, either after completion of his normal shift or afterhaving discharged the special duties which he has agreed to perform for the Company and is called upon to return to the plant within twelve (12) hours of the phone call (and prior to time regularly scheduled for himto his duties)he shall pay as follows:
IN ALLOWANCE. Any employee who is regularly scheduled or notified to work and who has not received reasonable notice not to report for work, and having reported in, is prevented from working or continuing to work through conditions within the Company’s control shall be guaranteed four hours work or if the Company does not assign work shall receive four hours pay at straight time in lieu thereof.   • Vacation Allowance Employees in permanent positions are entitled to vacation with pay. Accrual is based upon straight time hours of working time per calendar month of service and begins on the date of appointment to a permanent position. Increased accruals begin on the first of the month following the month in which the employee qualifies. Accrual for portions of a month shall be in minimum amounts of one (1) hour calculated on the same basis as for partial month compensation pursuant to Section 5.6 of this MOU. Vacation credits may be taken in one (1) minute increments but may not be taken during the first six (6) months of employment (not necessarily synonymous with probationary status) except where sick leave has been exhausted; and none shall be allowed in excess of actual accrual at the time vacation is taken.

  • Relocation Allowance An employee who is promoted and required by agency policy to relocate his residence shall be granted time off with pay for one workday for this purpose. In addition, the employee shall be granted travel time to the new location based on the most direct route. No employee will be credited with more than the number of hours in the employee’s regular workday and such time shall not be counted as hours worked for the purpose of computing compensatory time or overtime.

  • Shoe Allowance The Employer will provide reimbursement to full time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen and stewarding departments, once per year in the amount of $60.00 and once every two years in the amount of $60.00 for maintenance and banquet housepersons. The amount shall increase to $75, effective January 1, 2007. Employees will receive said amount as long as the shoes are approved by the employer and as long as the shoes are worn on the job. Payment will be made on or about July 1 upon presentation of proof of purchase.

  • Moving Allowance (a) When an employee is displaced under the provisions of this Title because of lack of work at his/her headquarters, and the employee’s new headquarters is beyond commutable distance from his/her residence, Company shall reimburse the employee for the reasonable costs incurred in connection with moving his/her household in a sum not to exceed $2,400.
