Common use of Improvements to be Constructed Clause in Contracts

Improvements to be Constructed. The Entity represents that it will construct or cause the Improvements to be constructed in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan, the approved site plan, the Redevelopment Agreement, and the Borough’s Master Plan.
