IMPROVEMENTS BY LESSOR. In consideration of LESSEE'S execution of this Lease, LESSOR agrees to make the following improvements on the lease premises, and no others:
IMPROVEMENTS BY LESSOR. The above-described leased premises shall be leased to the Lessee "as is".
IMPROVEMENTS BY LESSOR. Lessor has not promised to and is not obligated in any manner to make any improvements to the Premises or the Airport.
IMPROVEMENTS BY LESSOR. 1. The Lessor shall construct the Leased Premises incorporating in such construction all items of work in accordance with the plans and specifications as expressly approved by the Lessee and as set forth in Exhibit B, C, D, E and F (except for Tenant leasehold improvements). Lessor agrees to complete construction to permit occupancy by Lessee on February 1, 2001.
IMPROVEMENTS BY LESSOR. 14.1 The LESSOR may at any time effect such Improvements to the Leased Premises as it may deem fit provided that it shall use its reasonable endeavors to minimize disruption to the LESSEE’s business.
IMPROVEMENTS BY LESSOR. Section 3.02 During the term of this agreement, Lessor shall, at Lessor's own cost and expense, keep the exterior roof, side-walls, structural supports, and foundations of the building on said premises in good repair and make all necessary repairs to, or replacements of, the plumbing, and electrical systems on said premises; provided, however, Lessor shall not:
