Improperly Filed Claims. All claims you bring against GolfStatus must be resolved in accordance with this Legal Disputes Section. All claims filed or brought contrary to Section 8.2 shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim contrary to Section 8.2, GolfStatus shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and costs up to $1000, provided that GolfStatus has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
Improperly Filed Claims. All claims you bring against Adolade must be resolved in accordance with this Legal Disputes Section. All claims filed or brought contrary to Section 8.2 shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim contrary to Section 8.2, Adolade shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and costs up to $1000, provided that Adolade has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
Improperly Filed Claims. All Claims you bring against us must be resolved in accordance with these Terms of Use. All Claims filed or brought contrary to these Terms of Use shall be considered improperly filed and void. Should you file a Claim contrary to these Terms of Use, we may recover attorneys’ fees and costs up to $1,000, provided that we have notified you in writing of the improperly filed Claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the Claim.
Improperly Filed Claims. All Claims you bring against XXXXXX.xxx must be resolved in accordance with this Dispute Resolution Section. All Claims filed or brought contrary to this Dispute Resolution Section shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a Claim contrary to this Dispute Resolution Section, XXXXXX.xxx may recover attorneys' fees and costs of up to one thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000.00 USD), provided that XXXXXX.xxx has notified you in writing of the improperly filed Claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the Claim.
Improperly Filed Claims. All claims you bring against PrimePay must be resolved in accordance with this Agreement. All claims filed or brought contrary to this Agreement shall be considered improperly filed. Should either party file a claim contrary to this Agreement, the other party may recover attorneys' fees and costs up to five thousand U.S. Dollars ($5,000.00 USD), provided that such party seeking such fees has notified the other in writing of the improperly filed claim, and the other has failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
Improperly Filed Claims. All claims you bring against eBay must be resolved in accordance with this Resolution of Disputes Section. All claims filed or brought contrary to the Resolution of Disputes Section shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim contrary to the Resolution of Disputes Section, eBay may recover attorneys' fees and costs up to $1000, provided that eBay has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
Improperly Filed Claims. All claims you bring against VRKiwi must be resolved in accordance with this Legal Disputes Section. All claims filed or brought contrary to Section 7.2 shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim contrary to Section 7.2, VRKiwi shall be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees and costs up to 1000 € or any greater amount allowable by law, provided that VRKiwi has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.

All claims filed or brought contrary to this Agreement shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim contrary to the Dispute Resolution Section, Xxxxx may recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, provided that Xxxxx has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
