Improper Conduct. The Contractor warrants and represents that neither the Contractor nor any of its personnel engaged in any improper conduct in connection with the procurement process. The Contractor must not, and must ensure that its personnel do not engage in any improper conduct in connection with the Contract. 3 PROVISIONAL SUMS Insert the following at the end of clause 3: 'The Superintendent shall not be obliged to give a direction that any provisional work, or any particular part or quantity of provisional work, be carried out or supplied by the Contractor. The Principal may carry out or supply the whole or any particular part or quantity of provisional work itself or engage a third party to do so on its behalf. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any monetary compensation (whether for costs incurred, lost profit, lost overheads or otherwise) in connection with any provisional work (or any particular part or quantity of provisional work) which it is not directed to carry out or supply. Unless the Contract elsewhere provides how particular provisional work is to be valued, it shall be valued in accordance with this clause 3 as if it were identified as a provisional sum.'

Improper Conduct. Persons using improper language whilst at the venues will be reminded that the use of insulting, rude or derogatory terms is not acceptable. If a person persists in using such language they will be asked to leave the venues. Persons resorting to physical or verbal abuse will be asked to leave the venues and may be subject to Police action. Where such behaviour is witnessed it should be reported to the organiser and to the Event Planner. If enquiries provide evidence of such behaviour the person will be asked to leave the venues for a period commensurate with the gravity of the offence.

Improper Conduct. Upon recommendation from the Joint Apprenticeship Committee an apprentice, who at the time of his/her selection to the Apprenticeship Plan was employed by the company and who is removed from the Apprenticeship Plan including for one of the above causes, may be returned consistent with his/her accumulated seniority to the seniority list upon which he/she previously appeared. The skilled trades chairperson will be notified by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee co-chairperson of the Committee's decision to remove an apprentice from the Apprenticeship Plan.
Improper Conduct. (e) The full term of the apprenticeship shall be years from the time of being accepted as an apprentice and the rate increases ordinarily granted during this period shall be as outlined Job Rate Schedule.
