Import/Export Controls. Neither party will use, distribute, transfer or transmit any equipment, services, software or technical information provided under the Contract (even if incorporated into other products) except in compliance with all applicable import and export laws, conventions and regulations.

Import/Export Controls. IDSI's obligations hereunder shall be at all times subject to the export administration and control laws and regulations of the United States Government, and any amendments thereof and the import administration and control laws and regulations of the Territory, and any amendments thereof. Distributor shall provide IDSI with any written assurances it may reasonably request with respect to Distributor's compliance with such laws or regulations. Distributor agrees that, with respect to the import, resale or any other disposition of Equipment and any printed commercial and technical data and information supplied by IDSI, Distributor will comply fully with the import/export administration and control laws and regulations of the United States of America and the Territory, and any amendments of such laws and regulations.
Import/Export Controls. In performing their respective obligations under the Agreement, the Parties will comply with United States export control and asset control laws, regulations, and orders, as they may be amended from time to time, applicable to the export or re-export of goods or services, including software, processes, or technical data. Such regulations include without limitation the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), and regulations and orders administered by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (collectively, “Export Control Laws”). WU is not transferring any information or material outside of the United States under this Agreement and is providing no representation regarding the export control status or classification of any information or materials provided hereunder.
Import/Export Controls. (a) The Parties acknowledge that certain software and technical data exchanged pursuant to this Agreement may be subject to import/export controls under the Laws of the United States and other countries. Neither Party will import, export or re-export any such items, any direct product of those items, or any technical data in violation of applicable import/export control Laws.
Import/Export Controls. Toshiba understands that Wink is subject to regulation by agencies of the U.S. government which prohibit export or diversion of certain products and technology to certain countries. Any and all obligations of Wink including without limitation obligations to provide products, technology, documentation, or technical assistance, will be subject in all respects to such United States laws and regulations that will from time to time govern the license and delivery of technology and products abroad or to foreign nationals by persons subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. Toshiba warrants that it will comply in all respects with the export and reexport restrictions set forth in any export licenses obtained by the Wink or Toshiba (if necessary). Toshiba warrants that it will not, and will take all actions which may be reasonably necessary to assure that its end-user do not, contravene such United States laws or regulations. Wink agrees that no technical information furnished by Toshiba hereunder or any direct products thereof is intended to or will be exported to any destination restricted by export control regulation of the United States and/or Japan, without prior written authorization from appropriate governmental authorities.
Import/Export Controls. At all times, Buyer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the U.S.A., United Kingdom, and European Union and its Member States then in effect relating to imports/exports (including permanent and temporary exports, as well as temporary imports), re- exports and other foreign transactions, including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Arms Export Control Act, Export Administration Regulation (EAR), Export Administration Act of 1979, Export Control Act 2002, Export Control Order 2008, EU Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009, and the embargo and economic sanctions regulations of the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control, U.S. Department of State, Her Majesty’s Treasury (UK), European Union or U.N. Security Council. If Buyer will be shipping hardware or technical data to Seller. Buyer shall provide Seller with prior written notice of the shipment and await instruction and confirmation from Seller before conducting the shipment. The parties shall reasonably cooperate with each other in obtaining all required export and import licenses, approvals and/or notifications pursuant to applicable law.

Such laws include without limitation: Export Administration Regulations, 15 C.F.R. 768 et. seq.; International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 C.F.R. 120 et. seq.; Nuclear Regulatory Commission Export Regulations, 10 C.F.R. 110 et. seq; Department of Energy Export Regulations, 10 C.F.R. 8 10 et. seq.; Treasury Department Antiboycott Regulations, IRS Code 999; and Office of Foreign Asset Control Regulations, 31 C.F.R. 500 et. seq.

Import/Export Controls. The Parties agree that no material or information relating to this Agreement will be exported, re-exported, transferred or disclosed contrary to the Applicable Law and regulations of the United States, or to any country, entity or other Party that is ineligible to receive such items under any Applicable Law, including all applicable U.S. Commerce and Treasury law and regulations.
Import/Export Controls. WUSTL is or may be subject to statutes and regulations of the U.S. Government relating to exportation of technical data, computer software, laboratory prototypes, and other commodities, and its obligations hereunder are subject to compliance with applicable law (including the Arms Export Control Act, 22 U.S.C. Section 2751 et seq. and the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended) as well as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITTARs) and Export Administration Regulations (EARs). The transfer of certain technical data and commodities may require a license from an agency of the U.S. Government and/or written assurances from Licensee that Licensee will not re-export certain data or commodities to certain foreign countries without prior approval of such agency. While WUSTL will cooperate with Licensee to secure any license that such agency deems necessary, the WUSTL cannot guarantee that such license will be granted. WUSTL is not transferring any Patent Rights, Tangible Research Property, Technical Information or any other information or materials outside of the United States and is providing no representation regarding the export control status or classification of any information or materials provided to Licensee hereunder. Licensee agrees to notify WUSTL before Licensee sends WUSTL any export-controlled information or technology. Such notification will include an identification of any item or information that is export controlled, the classification of such export controlled information, and an identification of any restrictions on the disclosure or use of such export controlled information.
Import/Export Controls. In connection with this Agreement, you will comply with all applicable import, re-import, export, and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and country-specific economic sanctions programs implemented by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. For clarity, you are solely responsible for compliance related to the manner in which you choose to use the Service, including the transfer and processing of Customer Data.
