Implementation Timeline. NASPO ValuePoint eMarket Center Site Admin shall provide a written request to the Contractor to begin enablement process. The Contractor shall have fifteen (15) days from receipt of written request to work with NASPO ValuePoint and SciQuest to set up an enablement schedule, at which time SciQuest’s technical documentation shall be provided to the Contractor. The schedule will include future calls and milestone dates related to test and go live dates. The contractor shall have a total of Ninety (90) days to deliver either a (1) hosted catalog or (2) punch-out catalog, from date of receipt of written request.

Implementation Timeline. ‌ For each response, Offerors must include a project timeline with project deliverables for all sites. Offerors must include individual timelines for each aspect of the SEN and technical solution options for which they respond. E-rate-eligible recurring services for funding year 2022 must be delivered between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023. All timelines will be considered and evaluated based on these parameters. Actual start date on a construction project is dependent on the timing of the E-rate funding commitment decision letter. Projects involving special construction must be lit by June 30, 2023. It is possible USAC will grant a one-year extension if the construction is delayed for circumstances beyond the service provider’s control, but this is not ideal.
