Common use of Implementation Schedule Clause in Contracts

Implementation Schedule. The implementation schedule shall clearly identify all project milestones, be capable of assigning and monitoring the utilization of all resources assigned to the project and be fully suitable for reporting progress throughout the duration of each Project. When requested by the Owner, the implementation schedule shall be a computer based project management system that is capable of graphically depicting and tracking the duration, dependency and cost of each phase and/or task necessary to complete the Work Plan. Though each Project Proposal shall contain a Work Plan, Budget and Implementation Schedule as essential elements, the organization and structure of each detailed Project Proposal may vary dependent on the nature of each project and the specific services to be rendered.
