Implementation Reports. 1. Each Party shall, for purposes of transparency and cooperation, two (2) years after the entry into force of this Agreement and, successively, every three (3) years, send a report on the implementation of the Chapter, through its focal point.

Implementation Reports. Each DPA must contain a requirement that the company produce and submit to the GN a DPA implementation report. The DPA must provide a schedule for submission of reports, and must set out how the company will demonstrate to the GN that it has met, or is in the process of meeting, its obligations under the agreement. This reporting must allow for accurate assessment of value produced by the DPA over the period covered by the report. The report must complement the reporting schedule for the FTR program, in which reporting timelines are continuous and without any gaps. Both partners will ensure that personal information and sensitive business information is kept confidential or is aggregated appropriately to protect privacy. Upon approval by the GN, DPA implementation reports will be publicly available and accessible.
Implementation Reports. Prior to the Project Completion Date, within twenty-one (21) days of the end of each Month, a report, in a form satisfactory to Eximbank, on the implementation and progress of the Project, including (i) any factors materially and adversely affecting or which are reasonably likely to materially and adversely affect the carrying out of the Project and (ii) copies of any reports received by the Borrower from any outside technical consultant identifying any matter that is or may prove to be of material adverse significance to the operation of the Plant.
Implementation Reports. Within 21 days of the end of each month, beginning with the end of the month hereof, a report executed by the Borrower's chief engineer and attached to each Application for Funding in a form satisfactory to the Lender, on the implementation and progress of the Project, including (i) any factors materially and adversely affecting or which are reasonably likely to materially and adversely affect the carrying out of Phase II of the Project and (ii) copies of any reports received by the Borrower from any outside technical consultant identifying any matter that is of material adverse significance to the rehabilitation or operation of the Power Plant. Upon reasonable request of the Lender, the Borrower shall provide to the Lender copies of all reports submitted by the Borrower to ENEL or CNDC under the ENEL Agreements.
Implementation Reports. EADS shall render to Sepi semi-annual reports ("Implementation Reports") on the status of implementation of the Industrial Plan. The reports shall be delivered to Sepi in writing within two months of the end of the period which they cover. Each report will cover the period from 1 January to 30 June or, as the case may be, 1 July to 31 December, except (i) the first report to be delivered shall cover the period from Casa Closing to 31 December 2000 and (ii) the last report to be delivered under this para. shall cover the period from the date to which the previous report was prepared up to the third anniversary of the Casa Closing. Any reasonable requests by Sepi for additional information regarding the implementation of the Industrial Plan shall be answered in writing by EADS without undue delay.

  • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.

  • Research Reports Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BREDS in Research Reports.

  • Transaction Reports Subadviser shall provide Investment Manager a daily trade file with information relating to all transactions concerning the allocated portion of the Fund’s assets for which Subadviser is responsible and shall provide Investment Manager with such other information regarding the Fund upon Investment Manager’s reasonable request. Subadviser shall affirm or send a trade file of these transactions as instruction to the custodian of the Fund.

  • Updates “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology. OGS will notify Contractor in writing if approved.

  • Technical Reports deliver to the Agent, and shall procure that the Manager shall deliver to the Agent, on request copies of the latest complete technical reports in respect of the Vessels.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Development Reports Beginning six months after Effective Date and ending on the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product in the United States, LICENSEE shall report to Cornell progress covering LICENSEE's (and Affiliate's and Sublicensee's) activities and efforts in the development of rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement for the preceding six months. The report shall include, but not be limited to, activities and efforts to develop and test all Licensed Products and obtain governmental approvals necessary for marketing the same. Such semi-annual reports shall be due within sixty days (60) of the reporting period and shall use the form as provided herein as Appendix C.
