Implementation Phase. After the successful completion of the Compliance Check the Network Service Provider shall deliver a plan regarding the final implementation of the technical setup in line with the schedule of the T2-T2S Consolidation project that will be provided by the Eurosystem. The Eurosystem shall be entitled to request changes to the plan, in particular regarding the priorities of any tasks identified therein. Without undue delay after the Plan has been agreed by the Parties, the Network Service Provider shall implement the Technical Solution in accordance with the Implementation Plan and as more specifically described in the Specifications. The Network Service Provider shall, in particular, install certain equipment (more specifically described in the Specifications) in the premises of the 4CB. The Eurosystem agrees to ensure that the 4CB will make their premises available to the Network Service Provider to allow the Network Service Provider to install the aforementioned equipment and to maintain such equipment at such premises during the term of this Contract (the "4CB Hosting") in accordance with Attachment 1.3. The Network Service Provider agrees to adhere to and comply with the Hosting Terms and Conditions set out in Attachment 1.3.

Implementation Phase. 1. Final Project Work Plan shall be delivered to DCH no later than 15 calendar days after contract signing. Within a week, DCH will indicate if plan is acceptable or not and if necessary when changes must be submitted.
Implementation Phase. During the Implementation Phase for an Eligible User, the Contractor shall provide the Services and Solution appropriate to the Eligible User as detailed in this SOW for as long as is necessary for Eligible User to implement and begin using the Services and operating the Solution. Each Eligible User, in accordance with their own governance, is the sole determinant of when they have completed the Implementation Phase.

Implementation Phase. If this AGREEMENT is terminated during the implementation phase, WPS shall complete and deliver to the BOARD, within 30 DAYS after such termination, all deliverables, reports, manuals, documentation, computer source programs, magnetic tapes, data files, program listings, and source documents, including any drafts and revisions, which were due but not delivered at or prior to termination, and which the BOARD requests in writing to be delivered notwithstanding termination.

The Contractor shall promptly commence and complete the works, in accordance with the requirements of the Scope of Work and shall also obtain from the Independent Engineer a certificate for completion of assured LAD for the entire stretch of the Project Site as per the Scope of Work in accordance with provisions of this Contract (“Completion Certificate”) not later than 18 months from the DOA.
