Implementation Date. This Agreement shall be implemented only upon Planning Attorney’s death, incapacity, or other inability to practice law, as established by Paragraph 3 below, and then only to the extent as required hereunder. The powers granted herein to the ISBA shall continue to be effective during any such time that Planning Attorney is subject to a temporary disability, or in the event of Planning Attorney’s death or permanent disability, shall continue until all obligations under this Agreement are satisfied, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Paragraph 7 below.
Implementation Date. At the final disposition of a position evaluation review and any subsequent challenges, any change in position allocation shall be implemented retroactive to the date the employee requested the review under these procedures.

Implementation Date. The amendments made to the Agreement via this Amendment shall (1) become effective on a date agreed upon by the Parties, but no later than the date that FINRA designates for compliance with the margin collection provisions in FINRA Rule 4210(e)(2)(H); and (2) apply to all Transactions then outstanding under the Agreement and all Transactions entered into on or after such date.
Implementation Date. Wage increases, longevity steps and increases in other forms of compensation set forth in this Agreement shall become effective at the beginning of the first full payroll period on or after the calendar date designated. If no such designation is made, they will take effect the first full payroll period following ratification of the Agreement.
