Implementation Covenants. 1. The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Environmental Management Plan and the Project Operations Manual, and shall not amend, suspend, abrogate, repeal or waive any provision of the Environmental Management Plan or the Project Operations Manual without prior approval of the Association.
