Implementation Costs. The cost of any new computer programming changes required by this Article shall be borne by the Employer. The ongoing regular cost of such deductions shall be borne by the Employer.

Implementation Costs. Gulfstream and Northwest understand that both parties will incur costs in connection with the implementation of this Agreement and the arrangements contemplated hereby. Northwest agrees that it shall arrange for and shall bear all out of pocket costs incurred by it in connection with: (i) the design, printing and distribution of promotional materials relating to the implementation of this Agreement; and (ii) the development and installation of the necessary signage to be displayed at Gulfstream stations as provided in Section 8(c) hereof. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all other costs and expenses incurred by either party in connection with the implementation of this Agreement shall be borne by the party incurring such cost or expense.

Implementation Costs. The Participants agree that they desire to cooperate in providing and supporting the System by sharing in the costs of implementation, operation, and maintenance of the System. Implementation Costs. If the Northwest Energy Management Service (“NEMS”), acting in its capacity as the billing agent, reasonably determines that either Party would incur any additional costs, fee, charge, or penalty under the Shell Transaction or the Transalta Transaction that is incremental to those that would have been incurred absent this Agreement (“Incremental Transaction Cost”), then NEMS shall recover such Incremental Transaction Cost on an equitable basis from NESC and XXXX, rather than directly from either Party to this Agreement, consistent with the terms and intent of this Agreement, NESC Resolutions #2021- 01 and #2021-02, and XXXX Resolutions #2021-01 and #2021-02.

Implementation Costs. Our charge for this service is based on a percentage of the amount you invest and/or transfer and is charged at a rate of 1% of the total amount. For example, if you instructed us to invest £50,000 our fee would be £500. Our minimum fee of £500 will apply.
