Implementation Costs. The cost of any new computer programming changes required by this Article shall be borne by the Employer. The ongoing regular cost of such deductions shall be borne by the Employer.
Implementation Costs. Gulfstream and Northwest understand that both parties will incur costs in connection with the implementation of this Agreement and the arrangements contemplated hereby. Northwest agrees that it shall arrange for and shall bear all out of pocket costs incurred by it in connection with: (i) the design, printing and distribution of promotional materials relating to the implementation of this Agreement; and (ii) the development and installation of the necessary signage to be displayed at Gulfstream stations as provided in Section 8(c) hereof. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all other costs and expenses incurred by either party in connection with the implementation of this Agreement shall be borne by the party incurring such cost or expense.
Implementation Costs. Upon execution of this Agreement by the Company, the Company shall pay ICS half of the Implementation Fee on Schedule B ([***]). The Company shall pay the remaining half of the Implementation Fee [***] to ICS on the date on which ICS provides notice that it has achieved launch-ready status. Implementation Costs. All the costs of providing notice to the Class (including the Settlement Website) in the manner prescribed in Section 3.3 of this Agreement, and the costs associated with independent administration of benefits by the Claims Administrator, shall be paid from the Cash Fund. To the extent there are any additional funds following the entry of Final Order and Judgment, the Parties agree to identify a mutually agreeable cy pres recipient to the Court for approval.
Implementation Costs. The Participants agree that they desire to cooperate in providing and supporting the System by sharing in the costs of implementation, operation, and maintenance of the System. Upon selection of a vendor to perform the services set forth in RFP No. 2012-003, the County will negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract with the selected vendor including the costs for licensing, implementation services, hosting, training, System software and hardware and other System equipment, support and maintenance, and any other costs related to acquisition, implementation, and maintenance of the System. Each Participant agrees to pay a share of these costs, which amount is based upon the current population of the Participant, as listed in Exhibit B. The County will be the contracting party and will be responsible for making payments upon receipt and acceptance of deliverables under the agreement with the vendor without requiring additional, specific authorization of the Participants. Following the County’s payment to the vendor, the County will invoice each Participant (other than itself) in the appropriately corresponding amount listed in Exhibit B. . Each Participant agrees to pay such amount to the County within thirty (30) days of receipt of the invoice.

Within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Preliminary Approval Date, the Secretary shall provide the U.S. Department of the Treasury with all necessary forms and documentation to direct a payment of $5,000,000 to Class Counsel for Implementation Costs, for the benefit of the Class, in accordance with and subject to the following conditions:

Where TC ITECH is required to perform any implementation services prior to your commencement of use of TnE (or any part thereof), TC ITECH shall be entitled to charge an implementation fees, based on the agreed rate and terms as set forth in Schedule 2 of the XXXX Acceptance Form.

If the Northwest Energy Management Service (“NEMS”), acting in its capacity as the billing agent, reasonably determines that either Party would incur any additional costs, fee, charge, or penalty under the Shell Transaction or the Transalta Transaction that is incremental to those that would have been incurred absent this Agreement (“Incremental Transaction Cost”), then NEMS shall recover such Incremental Transaction Cost on an equitable basis from NESC and XXXX, rather than directly from either Party to this Agreement, consistent with the terms and intent of this Agreement, NESC Resolutions #2021- 01 and #2021-02, and XXXX Resolutions #2021-01 and #2021-02.

Implementation Costs. Our charge for this service is based on a percentage of the amount you invest and/or transfer and is charged at a rate of 1% of the total amount. For example, if you instructed us to invest £50,000 our fee would be £500. Our minimum fee of £500 will apply. This payment will be facilitated by the platform when they receive your funds and paid directly to us from them.
