Common use of Impairment Clause in Contracts

Impairment. Neither Acuitas nor any of its Affiliates has entered into any agreement or otherwise licensed, granted, assigned, transferred, conveyed or otherwise encumbered or disposed of any right, title or interest in or to any of its assets, including any Technology, that would in any way conflict with or impair the scope of any rights, licenses or options granted to Verve hereunder or that would be granted to Verve under any Non-Exclusive License Agreement.
