IMPACT ON GENDER BALANCE OF THE MANAGEMENT DECISION. MAKING BODY For the purposes of item 11 of article 31 of the LME, it is hereby stated that no particularly significant changes are expected to be made to the structure of the management decision-making bodies of the Participating Companies upon the Partial Spin-off, and as a result no impact is expected from a gender balance perspective. This does not prevent the possibility that the composition of the Participating Companies’ management decision-making bodies might change before the registration of the Partial Spin-off for reasons outside its scope.
