Impact and Outcome. The Project is an integral part of the Investment Program. The Project will augment, rehabilitate, and expand the transmission system and relieve the power system from transmission bottlenecks.
Impact and Outcome. The impact of the Investment Program is improved urban infrastructure and services in district headquarters and tourist towns to support their growth potential and reduce poverty. The expected outcomes of the Investment Program will be improved urban environmental and public health, and improved living conditions for 1.6 million people living in the identified 15 towns in Rajasthan, as well as for increasing number of tourists. Impact and Outcome. 1. The Impact of the Project will be reduced GHG emissions from coal-based power plants. The outcome will be commercial deployment of IGCC plants by 31 December 2015.
Impact and Outcome. 1. The Project will promote economic development and will contribute to poverty reduction by ensuring sustainable and reliable electricity supply. It will also mitigate the risk of catastrophe from natural disasters disabling the switchyard.
Impact and Outcome. 1. The impact of the Project will ensure that access to and quality of education will be maintained and system efficiency further enhanced during the time of the economic and financial crisis and thereafter. The outcome is adequate financing of textbooks, preschool meals, and school operation costs in school years (SY) 2009–2010 and 2010–2011, and improved efficiency of the education sector.

The impact of the proposed investment program will be the urban population in relatively poor and weak capacity state (Bihar) has improved access to water supply and sanitation facilities. The expected outcome will be the people, especially vulnerable household,8 will have access to better quality and sustainable urban water supply and sewerage services in Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, Gaya and Muzaffarpur.

The project is aligned with the following impacts: sustainable, inclusive, and resilient urban areas developed; and balanced and prosperous subnational urban system achieved. 16 The project will have the following outcome: quality, sustainability, and disaster resilience of urban services, and competitiveness in eight municipalities of the Terai region improved.17

The impact of the Project is enhanced and improved public health and quality of life for urban residents in the project cities and counties in the provinces of Heilongjiang and Jilin along the Songhua River Basin (SRB), by increasing wastewater treatment coverage, enhancing solid waste management, and improving the supply of potable water. The outcome of the Project will be reduced pollution and improved water supply, wastewater management, and solid waste management in the SRB.
Impact and Outcome. The Impact of the proposed Project will be business-led, pro-poor and sustainable economic growth in HCMC and neighboring provinces. The Project outcome will be ability of transport users in HCMC and Dong Nai provinces to travel from district 9 in HCMC to Dau Giay with lower transport costs on the Expressway.
Impact and Outcome. The impact of the project is aligned with sustained revenues from oil and gas exports, which will facilitate diversification of the country’s economy. The outcome will be increased production and exports of gas from Xxxx Xxxxx gas field. Beyond the targeted impact, when complete, the project will help diversify Europe’s energy sources and contribute to the development of a multi-seller, multi-buyer market.
