Immunizations. Employees shall receive, upon request, flu shots, as prescribed by medical standards paid for by the Employer using the most cost-effective system of delivery in the community, or at the employee’s option at no cost to the employee. The Employer will offer treatment at no cost to the employee for work place exposure to hepatitis infections in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
