Immunisation Services. The PHO will Provide the following Immunisation Services to Enrolled Persons: immunisations that are part of the National Immunisation Programme and are set out in the National Immunisation Schedule in the New Zealand Pharmaceutical Schedule issued by PHARMAC ("National Immunisation Schedule") in accordance with the Immunisation Handbook; immunisations that are not on the National Immunisation Schedule to special risk groups, in accordance with the Immunisation Handbook; and the immunisation episodes scheduled for 11 year olds (year 7) and 12 year olds (year 8) if they are not provided through a school programme. In addition, the PHO will: Provide opportunistic immunisations that are set out in the National Immunisation Schedule to children who are Casual Users, and record the vaccination in the National Immunisation Register within two Business Days of the immunisation; refer any child who is overdue for an immunisation and who has not responded to at least three contacts to an appropriate immunisation outreach service, a Well Child Service, or the local immunisation co-ordinator; undertake regular audits of the provision of Immunisation Services by itself and its Contracted Providers; promote immunisation using evidence-based information, and ensure its Enrolled Population is able to make informed decisions about immunisation; assist with epidemic control and other situations if co-ordinated action is required; ensure that a decision by parents or guardians not to immunise their children is recorded and the Health Practitioner acts in accordance with that decision; and maintain at all times an effective cold chain in accordance with the requirements set out in the Ministry's National Standards for Vaccine Storage and Transportation for Immunisation Providers 2017, so as to ensure potency of all vaccines administered. Quality requirements The PHO must meet the Immunisation Standards set out in the Immunisation Handbook, including standards for organisations offering vaccination services and standards for vaccinators, comply with any relevant legislation (including regulations), and report adverse events. Requirements for administering vaccines A vaccine must be administered by a Medical Practitioner, an Authorised Vaccinator, or a registered nurse acting under the direction of a Medical Practitioner. Immunisation Services. The Pharmaceutical Schedule lists immunisations provided free to eligible populations. There is a mix of universal programmes (everyone of a particular age is eligible) and targeted programmes (only people with certain conditions are eligible). The largest component is the annual influenza immunisation programme targeted at adults aged over 65 years and people with conditions that put them at risk from influenza. The most familiar component of the New Zealand Immunisation Schedule is the series of childhood immunisations to protect babies from infectious diseases like diphtheria, whooping cough, measles and polio. Immunisations are also delivered in schools to Year 7 and 8 students (see ‘Range of services’ below). Adults are also offered immunisations at ages 45 and 65 years. Range of services Immunisation services include, but are not limited to, the following Ministry-funded immunisations.

Immunisation Services. The HHS will maintain or improve existing immunisation coverage through ▪ national immunisation program ▪ opportunistic immunisation in health care facilities ▪ special immunisation programs; and ▪ delivery of the annual school based vaccination program.   • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Mediation Services If we are unable to resolve the problem, then either party can contact the Department of Labour Mediation Service (a government department) for free assistance. The mediator will try to help us resolve the problem, but won’t make a decision as to who is right or wrong unless both parties want this.

  • Application Services Under an “Application Services” engagement, we will assist you with defining, developing and deploying end-to-end enterprise or departmental applications; tasks may include determining the optimal technology approach and caching strategy to deliver effective, high-performance applications; leveraging a best practice approach for building new applications which includes conducting user workshops, building wireframes, iterating, testing, documenting and mentoring to increase adoption; and enhancing, optimizing or redesigning existing applications for improved user experience, faster performance or extended functionality.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Disaster Services In the event of a local, state, or federal emergency, including natural, man- made, criminal, terrorist, and/or bioterrorism events, declared as a state disaster by the Governor, or a federal disaster by the appropriate federal official, Grantee may be called upon to assist the System Agency in providing the following services:

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug.   • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.
