Immigration. The Union and the Employer have a mutual interest in retaining qualified and trained employees. Accordingly, to the extent permitted by law, either Party may request that the other meet and discuss subject matter related to the Immigration Reform and Control Act or any other current or future legislation, government rules, or policies related to immigration law.
