Common use of Immigration Status Clause in Contracts

Immigration Status. In connection with the services provided under this Agreement, the Contractor shall not inquire about the immigration status of a recipient or potential recipient of such services unless (i) it is necessary for the determination of program, service or benefit eligibility or the provision of City services or (ii) the Contractor is required by law to inquire about such person’s immigration status.
