(a) Seller is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, directives and regulations relating to the employment authorization of their respective employees (including, without limitation, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, as amended and supplemented, and Section 212(n) and 274A of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended and supplemented, and all implementing regulations relating thereto), and Seller has not employed nor is any such entity currently employing any unauthorized aliens (as such term is defined under 8 CFR 274a.1(a)).
