Immediate Termination After No More than 24 Hours to Cure. In the event that a default under this Agreement occurs that violates any health safety or sanitation law or regulation, violates any system standard as to food handling, cleanliness, health and sanitation, or if the operation of the Restaurant presents a health or safety hazard to your customers or to the public (for example, improper cooking or storage procedures used for chicken wings): (i) you will have no more than 24 hours after we provide written notice of the default to cure the default; and (ii) if you fail to cure the default within the 24 hour period, this Agreement will terminate effective immediately on our issuance of written notice of termination.

Immediate Termination After No More than 24 Hours to Cure. In the event that a default under this Agreement occurs that materially impairs the goodwill associated with any of the Trademarks, violates any health safety or sanitation law or regulation, violates any system standard as to food handling, cleanliness, health and sanitation, or if the operation of the Restaurant presents a health or safety hazard to your customers or to the public (for example, improper cooking or storage procedures used for chicken wings): (i) you will have no more than 24 hours after we provide written notice of the default to cure the default; and (ii) if you fail to cure the default within the 24 hour period, this Agreement will terminate effective immediately on our issuance of written notice of termination.

  • Immediate Termination This Agreement may be terminated immediately by the Company upon the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Death Subsequent to Commencement of Benefit Payments In the event the Executive dies while receiving payments, but prior to receiving all payments due and owing hereunder, the Employer shall pay the Beneficiary the same amounts at the same times as the Employer would have paid the Executive, had the Executive survived.
