Common use of Immediate Family Defined Clause in Contracts

Immediate Family Defined. “Immediate family” shall mean spouse, children, grandchildren, grandparents, father, mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister, brother and sister of the spouse, or other person living with and making his/her home in the home of the teacher and for whom the teacher has loco parentis responsibility. Xxxxxx care, as a business enterprise, shall be excluded from this definition.
