Illness or Accident. 9.1 The Executive shall from time to time at the request and expense of the Company submit to medical examinations and tests by a medical practitioner nominated by the Company, the results of which shall, subject to the provisions of the Access to Medical Reports Act 1988 (as applicable), be disclosed to the Company.
