Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.
Possession of Alcohol and Illegal Drugs Employees may not use, possess, distribute or manufacture alcohol or controlled substances that are illegal under federal, state or local law while on duty or on the Employer’s property or during Employer sponsored events, except when authorized by Employer policy. The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
Illegal Activity No portion of the Property has been or will be purchased with proceeds of any illegal activity.
Illegal Aliens Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Colorado Revised Statutes 8-17.5-101 et. seq. and the NOTIFICATION OF IMMIGRATION COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR, which shall be signed by the Contractor and is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this contract.
ILLEGAL STRIKES 10.1 The Public Service Labour Relations Act provides penalties for engaging in illegal strikes.
Illegal Transactions You agree that your Card and account will not be used to make or facilitate any illegal transactions as determined by applicable law; and that any such use will constitute an event of default under this Agreement. We may decline any transaction that we believe to be illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to any transaction involving or relating to any gambling activity. You agree that we will have no liability or responsibility for any such use by you or any authorized user(s); or for declining any such transaction. You further agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any suits, liability, damages or adverse action of any kind that results directly or indirectly from such illegal use. You promise to pay us any and all amounts owing on your Card for any transactions made by you, even if the transaction is determined to be illegal.
