Common use of Illegal Content Clause in Contracts

Illegal Content. If in the course of examination of computers, telephones, or other electronic devices, or in the examination of electronic media, software content or materials in hard copy form, Palo Alto Networks observes or otherwise encounters what may be considered illegal contraband, Palo Alto Networks reserves the right to make disclosure to law enforcement. In such an event, and to the extent Palo Alto Networks reasonably believes it is permitted by applicable law, Palo Alto Networks will notify You of its intention to disclose the existence and/or content to the appropriate authorities.
