Ignition Interlock Device. The Defendant shall not operate any vehicle that is not equipped with a 5 functioning ignition interlock alcohol device. Unless otherwise noted in this agreement, there is no 6 exception for vehicles used by the Defendant in the course of his/her occupation or employment.

Ignition Interlock Device. The Defendant shall not operate any vehicle that is not equipped with a 30 functioning ignition interlock alcohol device. Unless otherwise noted in this agreement, there is no 31 exception for vehicles used by the Defendant in the course of his/her occupation or employment. This 32 condition may be rescinded by the Court one year from the date of entry of this agreement if the Defendant is in strict compliance with this Agreement, and if the Defendant possesses a valid driver 33 license and automobile liability insurance at the time that the Defendant makes such a request.

Upon the Defendant’s motion to the Court, this condition may be rescinded (cancelled) by the Court one (1) year from the date of entry of this Agreement if Defendant is in strict compliance with this Agreement and if Defendant possesses a valid driver license and vehicle liability insurance at the time Defendant seeks cancellation of this condition.
