If Tenderer is a Supplier. If a Tenderer is a Supplier offering the Goods on behalf of or from a Manufacturer under Manufacturer's Authorization Form (Section IV, Tendering Forms), the Manufacturer shall demonstrate the above qualifications 4.2 (b) (i), (ii), and (iii) and the Tenderer shall demonstrate it meets the following criteria.
