IDLC Hybrid Loops. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), if RNK requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire or 4 wire Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall, in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, provide RNK unbundled access to a Loop capable of voice-grade service to the end user customer served by the Hybrid Loop.
IDLC Hybrid Loops. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above) or any Verizon Tariff or SGAT, if NetCarrier requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire analog or 4 wire analog Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall, as and to the extent required by 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) and 47 C.F.R. Part 51, provide NetCarrier unbundled access to a Loop capable of voice-grade service to the end user customer served by the Hybrid Loop.
IDLC Hybrid Loops. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, Section 3.1.3 above, or any Verizon tariff or SGAT, if Hello Depot requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire analog or 4 wire analog Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall, as and to the extent required by 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) and 47
IDLC Hybrid Loops. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above or any Verizon tariff, if KMC V requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire analog or 4 wire analog Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall, in accordance with the Federal Unbundling Rules, provide KMC V unbundled access to a Loop capable of voice-grade service to the end user customer served by the Hybrid Loop.
IDLC Hybrid Loops. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, Section 3.2.3 above, or any Verizon tariff or SGAT, as of the Amendment Effective Date, if AT&T requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire analog or 4 wire analog Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop) (“IDLC”), Verizon shall, pursuant to 47 U.S.C. Section 251(c)(3), 47 C.F.R. Part 51, or other Applicable Law, provide AT&T unbundled access to a transmission path over Hybrid Loops served by IDLC systems, which shall be either through a spare copper facility or through the availability of Universal DLC systems. If neither of the aforementioned options is available, Verizon shall provide AT&T a technically feasible method of unbundled access. If AT&T specifies an unbundled copper loop in its order, Verizon shall provide an unbundled copper loop, using Routine Network Modifications as necessary, unless no such facility can be made available via Routine Network Modifications.
IDLC Hybrid Loops. If RNK requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire analog or 4 wire analog Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall provide RNK unbundled access to a Loop capable of voice-grade service (i.e., equivalent to DSO capacity) to the end user customer served by the Hybrid Loop.
IDLC Hybrid Loops. If ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire analog or 4 wire analog Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall provide ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** unbundled access to a transmission path over hybrid loops served by IDLC systems, which shall be either through a spare copper facility or through the availability of Universal DLC systems. If neither of the aforementioned options is available, Verizon shall provide ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** a technically feasible method of unbundled access.
IDLC Hybrid Loops. If ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire analog or 4 wire analog Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall, provide ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** unbundled access to a Loop capable of voice-grade service to the end user customer served by the Hybrid Loop.
IDLC Hybrid Loops. Where CLEC requests a an unbundled loop to a premises to which SBC has deployed an IDLC Hybrid Loop, SBC must provide CLEC a technically feasible method of unbundled access. SBC may not impose special construction or other non- standard charges (which does not include routine network modification charges permitted under Section 8.1.5 of this Attachment) to provision unbundled loops where it has deployed IDLC except as provided under this Agreement. when it would not be technically feasible to provision the requested loop using any of the following options: (1) the use of a spare copper loop (whether terminated or not), (2) by SBC changing or replacing line cards or multiplexing equipment; (3) by SBC performing a line station transfer; or (4) by SBC providing access to the IDLC Loop. This list of options is not intended to be an exhaustive list. To the extent that SBC or CLEC is able to identify other means of unbundling IDLC or accessing an unbundled loop served via IDLC using comparable IDLC equipment in another market, SBC shall be required to unbundle the IDLC using the same solution without additional charges to CLEC. Access to the IDLC loop shall be deemed technically feasible if such access can be accomplished via any of the methods described in footnote 855 of the TRO.
